Let us know when the item has been picked up so we can top up your Eco credit with the amount you paid. You can think of your credit as money that you can spend on our website to buy anything you like.

Please note that the following conditions must be met to return an item:

• An item may only be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase
• It must be unused, in original packaging.
• Kindly note we do not give cash refunds.
• In case of exchange, we are unable to offer refund of shipping expenses occured during the return and exchange process and new item chosen as replacement will incur delivery fee of its own.
